IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS

1. Children should wear comfortable clothes  for PT sessions.
2. Wearing shoes is compulsory while doing PT exercise.
3. Parents to assist the child wherever necessary.
4. Arrange Furniture for maximum space.
5. Attempt to anticipate any dangers or safety hazards like slippery floors , sharp corners, etc.

MORNING EXERCISE.

1. Child should do work out  under the guidance of parents.
2. This should be done daily which is important for body movement and coordination.
3. For floor exercise ,  ensure it is done on a flat even surface and with  Yoga Mat or Carpet.
4. Go through the other instructions mentioned on start of  this page.


EXERCISE I 

This Exercise is on Importance of Health and Hygiene. Parents to assist the child through this video .

GROSS MOTOR ACTIVITY SONG

At the end of the exercise, child should  be able to learn Walking,Hopping, Jumping , Running, tip toe.
