CLASS 3 A - PT CLASS - WEEK 6 - DAY 1 - PERIOD 4TH AND 8TH - 11.05.2020

ONLY FOR CLASS 3 A STUDENTS

ONLY CLASS 3 A STUDENTS WILL MARK ATTENDANCE HERE


IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS


1. Children should wear comfortable clothes  for PT sessions.
2. Wearing shoes is compulsory while doing PT exercise.
3. Parents to assist the child wherever necessary.
4. Arrange Furniture for maximum space.
5. Attempt to anticipate any dangers or safety hazards like slippery floors , sharp corners, etc.

MORNING EXERCISE.

1. Child should do work out  under the guidance of parents.
2. This should be done daily which is important for body movement and coordination.
3. For floor exercise ,  ensure it is done on a flat even surface and with  Yoga Mat or Carpet.
4. Go through the other instructions mentioned on start of  this page.

THIS WEEK WE WILL LEARN YOGA POSTURE.

PLATE TAPPING EXERCISE

This Exercise is to build hand eye coordination and flexibility.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use any table which is comfortable for the child.
2. Cut 3 sheets of paper as shown in the Video.
3. The distance between each paper should be 30 cm both sides from the center paper.
4. That above mean paper on left should be at a distance of 30 cm from the center paper and
    paper on right side should also be 30 cm distance.
5. Child should do this exercise while standing .
6. Tapping to and fro will be considered as one cycle.
7. The size of the paper can be any comfortable size for tapping.
8. Should be practiced.
9. The measure is number of  cycle completed in one minute.

2. WEIGHT OF CHILD ( WEIGHT IN CASE POSSIBLE) .

INDOOR GAME ACTIVITY FOR KIDS .

INSTRUCTIONS

CHILD CAN USE ANY PAPER , DOORMAT, SMALL  CARPET, OR ANY OTHER MAT FOR DOING THIS ACTIVITY.
