START THE DAY WITH CHILD LEARNING THE IMPORTANCE OF DAILY BRUSHING OF TEETH
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS
1. Children should wear appropriate clothes for PT sessions.
I HOW TO STAND IN ATTENTION POSITION
STEPS
1. STAND AT ATTENTION WHEN GIVEN A COMMAND EITHER BY TEACHER OR PARENT
2. ATTENTION POSITION MEANS FEET TOGETHER .
3. HANDS BY YOUR SIDE AND FIST CLOSED.
4, CHIN UP.
5. EYES STRAIGHT AND DON'T MOVE YOUR HEAD.
6. CHEST OUT.
7. STRENGTHEN YOUR SPINE.

WHEN CHILD IS IN ATTENTION POSITION , UNLESS GIVEN COMMAND , CHILD SHOULD NOT MOVE INTO STAND -AT-EASE POSITION.
II HOW TO STAND-AT-EASE POSITION
STEPS
1. GIVE COMMAND OF STAND-AT-EASE .
2. SHIFT YOUR LEFT FOOT 1-2 FEET TO YOUR LEFT SO THAT IT SITS DIRECTLY
UNDERNEATH YOUR LEFT SHOULDER.
3. KEEP YOUR FEET POINTED OUTWARDS.
4. THE VISUAL IS ATTACHED.
5. RELAX YOUR FRAME AND MOVE YOUR ARMS BEHIND YOUR BACK.
6. DO THIS AT THE SAME TIME YOU ARE MOVING YOUR LEFT
FOOT.
7. THE ENTIRE MOTION SHOULD TAKE LESS THAN 2-3 SECONDS.
8. LAY YOUR RIGHT HAND ON TOP OF YOUR LEFT HAND
9. INTERLOCK YOUR THUMBS AND KEEP YOUR HANDS TOGETHER..
10.VISUAL ATTACHED.
III. WORK OUT
1. Children should do work out exercises under the guidance of parents.
2. This should be done daily which is important for body movement and coordination.
3. For floor exercise , ensure it is done on a flat even surface and with Yoga Mat or Carpet.
4. Go through the other instructions mentioned on start of this page.

THIS VIDEO MAY BE SEEN AND PARENTS CAN VOLUNTEER AS LEADER TO TEACH THE CHILD HOW TO FOLLOW THE LEADER AND WALK IN STRAIGHT LINE.
