IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS

1. Children should wear comfortable clothes  for PT sessions.
2. Wearing shoes is compulsory while doing PT exercise.
3. Parents to assist the child wherever necessary.
4. Arrange Furniture for maximum space.
5. Attempt to anticipate any dangers or safety hazards like slippery floors , sharp corners, etc.


MORNING EXERCISE TO BE PRACTICED.


1. Child should do work out  under the guidance of parents.
2. This should be done daily which is important for body movement and coordination.
3. For floor exercise ,  ensure it is done on a flat even surface and with  Yoga Mat or Carpet.
4. Go through the other instructions mentioned on start of  this page.

AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH PT CLASS , CHILD TO PRACTICE STAND AT EASE AND ATTENTION POSITION WHICH WAS SHARED IN THE LAST CLASS.

TODAY'S SESSION


I . After seeing the pictures , child should be able to learn the right posture while  :

A. SITTING 
B. STANDING
C. WRITING 
D. READING 

PARENTS TO GUIDE THEM THROUGH THE PICTURES .






EXERCISE II

CHILD TO PRACTICE WARM UP EXERCISE AND PARENTS TO ASSIST THE CHILD IN DOING THE EXERCISE.





EXERCISE III 

This is to make the child  LEARN GROSS MOTOR SKILL ACTIVITY.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS TO DO THIS EXERCISE ACTIVITY

Parents can use  marker / chalk / or any other available material  to make line/symbols  and other shapes as shown in the video.

THIS CAN BE DONE REGULARLY SO THAT CHILD IS PHYSICALLY  ACTIVE.
